OH MY GOOD GOSH THIS TOOK SOO LONG. Somewhere between 13-15 hours, at least 50 layers (finished pic had 26), and this isn't even half of the characters! HOLY MOLY.

It was worth it though. :iconcblushplz: So pretty. I love this new style. It's only a slight change, but it looks so cool! And the coloring technique I used took forever. First I thought I was done when I just used the watercolor tool, but it wasn't dark enough. So I put a layer on multiply over it, and that looks much cooler than I would have initially thought.

Other than some minor anatomical mistakes and the like, I think this is the best I've ever done.

This is awesome! The coloring is really great, although the black hair seems to blend into the background...did you mean for it to be like that? Otherwise, really great job :)

Thank you! Yes, it's supposed to do that, sort of. The lighting on my PC is kind of crappy, so it's hard to judge colors sometimes.

Yeah, they do, haha. Maybe high necklines are a sign of power? I mean, they're all pretty powerful people, with especially destructive stormpowers.

Yeah! Haha, that'd be great, especially because I try to avoid anything immodest, even if it's just a drawing.

I think the main reason is that their clothes basically act as armor, so they need as much of it as they can get.
